Salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan rumah sakit yang dapat diidentifikasi melalui kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis. Rekam Medik sebagai penyelenggara administrasi pelayanan dan pendaftaran juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk dapat memenuhi target capaian dari standar pelayanan minimal yaitu 15 menit. Tujuan Untuk menilai bagaimana Perbandingan Waktu Tunggu Pasien BPJS dan Umum Teradap Kelengkapan Berkas Rekam Medis Pasien Kontrol Pasca Rawat Inap di TPPRJ Rumah Sakit X Metode Penelitian dengan metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian crossectional, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak dengan jumlah 80 berkas rekam medis. Hasil Analisis kualitas dokumen rekam medis menggunakan dimensi kelengkapan rerata capaian sebesar 63,29%, dimensi concise representation rerata capaian sebesar 62,71%, dimensi completeness rerata capaian sebesar 59,75%, consistent representation sangat rendah yaitu 31 dan 34 rekam medis dan hasil untuk pasien umum tingkat tepat waktu pasien menunggu tidak lebih dari 15 menit berjumlah 30 (75%) pasien masuk kategori baik sedangkkan untuk pasien BPJS untuk waktu tunggu pasien yang tepat waktu berjumlah 24 (60%) pasien hal ini masuk kategori cukup.</p> Haryani Octaria, Sy. Based on the results of the initial public relations survey at Arifin Achmad Hospital, they are still experiencing problems in carrying out their role as public relations. The basis of this research is to find out the role of Public Relations in improving services at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province in 2023. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research was carried out in July-August 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. The writing subjects consisted of the Sub-Coordinator of law and Public Relations, the Head of General Affairs and Public Relations staff. The results showed that there were 4 roles carried out by public relations at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province , namely the role as (1) communicator, the role of public relations as a communication liaison, namely conducting cooperative relations with other regional hospitals, conveying hospital information through communication media and not conduct two way communication with patients or the public.(2) relationship, the role of public relations as a relationship builder is not to build relationship with the media and do not receive training for internal public relations. (3) back up management, the role of public relations as a management support, namely public relations carrying out planning activities to implementation to be taken into consideration by general hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province. (4) good image maker, the role of public relations as a positive image builder, namely by providing information in the hospital environment in the form of leaflets, banners and also outreach. Dr. Tabrani Pekanbaru in 2024. https://journals.badnurmedisa.org/index.php/orkes/article/view/112 <p><em>A career path is a formal, planned and organized effort to achieve a balance between an individual's career needs and the demands of work in an organization. At Tabrani Hospital, there are still nurses with a long working period who still do not have a good career path or have improved. The variables in this study are dependent variables, namely the career path of nurses and independent variables, namely education, training, employment period, and promotion. This research was conducted to see if there is a relationship between education, training, work period, and promotion with the career path of nurses at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in 2024. The location of the research was carried out at Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru in March-July 2024,This study is a quantitative, cross sectional research design. This study was conducted at Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital Pekanbaru, the population in this study amounted to 66 nurses, with a sample of 57 nurses. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi-square test (α=0.05). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between education (p = 0.705 &lt;α=0.05), no relationship between working period (p = 0.346 &lt;α=0.05), no relationship between training (p = 0.551 &lt;α=0.05), and there was a relationship between promotion (p = 0.046 &lt;α=0.05) and nurse's career path. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that there was no relationship between education, working period, training, and there was a relationship between promotion and nurse career path.So the suggestion for hospitals to pay more attention to the main thing so that it can be beneficial for nurses and the hospital itself.
