The implementation of SMK3 is an important factor that affects the determination of the type of hospital, especially through management commitment, availability of resources, K3 culture, and facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the relationship between management commitment, resources, K3 culture, and infrastructure facilities to determine the type of Siak Hospital. The research design used quantitative analytics with a cross-sectional approach with 89 respondents selected by stratified random sampling. Analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between management commitment (p=0.003; POR=9.484), resources (p=0.009; POR=5.531), K3 culture (p=0.019; POR=5.253), and infrastructure facilities (p=0.039; POR=4,267) with the determination of the type of hospital. These four factors are significantly related to the determination of the type of Siak Hospital. It is recommended that hospitals strengthen management commitments, ensure adequate resources, and build a positive K3 culture through continuous training and the provision of adequate infrastructure to support hospital type improvement.
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Olahraga dan Kesehatan (ORKES)https://journals.badnurmedisa.org/index.php/orkes/article/view/140The Effect of Interval Training on the Performance of Tennis Athletes2025-12-10T04:01:34+00:00Adinda Dwi Putriadndadwiptr@gmail.comSoleha Fitrisolehafitri2022@gmail.comDino Dirwansyahdinodirwansyah6@gmail.comMuhammad Prawibowomuhammadprawibowo@upp.ac.idJundri Kurniajundrick14@gmail.com
This study aims to determine the effect of interval training on the performance of tennis athletes. Interval training is a training method that combines periods of intense activity with periods of rest or light activity, believed to be effective in improving athletes' physical capacity and performance, particularly in intermittent sports such as tennis. The research method used was a quantitative method with an experimental design. The subjects in this study were tennis athletes from [specify club/school/institution], who were divided into two groups: an experimental group given interval training, and a control group receiving conventional training. Data was collected by measuring various aspects of athlete performance, such as endurance, speed, agility, and shot accuracy, both before and after the treatment. The results of the data analysis showed a significant increase in performance in the interval training group compared to the control group. These findings indicate that interval training has a positive effect on tennis athlete performance, particularly in improving physical ability and endurance. Therefore, interval training can be recommended as part of a regular training program for tennis athletes to support overall performance improvement.
2025-12-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Olahraga dan Kesehatan (ORKES)
