In BAPPEDA Riau Province, this effort is the main focus in facing regional development challenges. This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing State Civil Apparatus Human resources Development and its impact on government governance in 2024. The methods used in this study are literature studies and in-depth interviews with a number of officials at BAPPEDA Riau Province. Hospital logistics has functions that are summarized in the logistics cycle including planning, procurement and storage. The planning process has been said to be going well because it has been carried out in accordance with existing procedures, however, in the procurement and storage process there are obstacles that have not been implemented effectively. So it is interesting for researchers to look at the logistics management of non-medical goods at RSIA Annisa. The aim is to determine the logistics management of non-medical goods at the RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru in 2024. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research was carried out in April-May 2024 at the RSIA Annisa. The informants in this research were 5 people consisting of the Financial Manager, Logistics Coordinator, PJ Logistics, Secretariat and Spirituality, and PJ IPSRS. The results of this research show that the logistics management of non-medical goods at the RSIA Annisa in terms of human resource input is still insufficient, facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. The planning process has gone well, the procurement process has gone well but there are still obstacles to stock shortages, the storage process has gone well but the warehouse storage space is still insufficient. Medication management in hospitals is an important aspect of hospital management. The aim of good drug management in a hospital is so that the drugs needed are available at all times, in sufficient and guaranteed quantities to support quality services. Medicine is an important element for healing efforts and hospital operations. The aim of this research is to determine drug management in the Thursina Duri Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Mandau District in 2024. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 3 people. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research found obstacles in drug management, namely that the drug planning process still did not meet pharmaceutical standards because drug shortages were still found. The procurement process is carried out by purchasing directly from the distributor via letter order, however problems in procurement usually occur due to shortages of drugs at the distributor. The drug storage process meets pharmaceutical standards. The drug distribution process still does not use the UDD (Unit Dose Dispensing) system. The results of the research found obstacles in drug management, namely that the drug planning process still did not meet pharmaceutical standards because drug shortages were still found.
